At Games Night, accessible from https://gamesnight.ch, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Games Night and how we use it.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for visitors to this page. Cookies are only needed if you are granted the role of an editor of this website. In this case:

In short, we use Google Maps to display the venue location in our events calendar as well as fonts loaded from the Google CDN. We have no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party providers.

How long we retain your data and whom we share it with

If you are an editor of this site and request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

If you register for an event, your name and email is retained indefinitely and forwarded by email to the organisator of this particular event. The data can be deleted from our database by unregistering from that event.

If you use our contact form, your name, email and message is stored indefinitely in our database. The message and your data is forwarded by email to the corresponding person.

For editors, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All editors can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

If you have no account on this site, you can request to delete your stored data by contacting us via the contact form.

Online Privacy Policy Only

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Games Night. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.
